Activities Feed

We consistently host a range of activities focused on promoting regional sustainability, peace development and addressing global challenges. Our events cover a broad spectrum of topics, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) best practices, as well as the intersection of sustainability with international relations, social development, economic growth, and political stability. We have had the privilege of featuring distinguished speakers from both local and international communities, fostering a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Publications

Our research initiatives focus on advancing knowledge and understanding of regional sustainability and its global implications. We conduct in-depth studies and analyses on various topics, including ESG trends, international organized crime, human security, sustainable development, and international cooperation. Our research findings are published in various formats, including reports, policy briefs, conference papers, and academic papers, which provide valuable insights and recommendations for policymakers, business leaders, and public stakeholders. Through our publications, we aim to contribute to the global discourse on sustainability and inform intellectual wisdom, ultimately promoting a more sustainable and equitable future for all.

Established in 2012 by Prof. Luk Yan Lung Michael, the Institute for Greater China Studies (IGCS) has been quietly contributing to the field of scholarly research for approximately 12 years. The IGCS is dedicated to studying a wide range of political, social, economic, cultural, and public policy issues, with a special emphasis on the Greater China region, an important and continually evolving area of study in the contemporary world.
