Leading mainland Chinese civil servants to train in HKU and Civil Service College


Our IGCS Founder and Director, Prof Michael Luk, led a group of 30 Chinese civil servants to train at the University of Hong Kong and Civil Service College.

The course provided a week of training for 30 Chinese civil servants, and it has received training support from Dr. Hon. Simon Hoey Lee, the Member of the Committee for the Basic Law of the HKSAR under the NPCSC and the Member of the Legislative Council of HKSAR and the Vice Dean of China Resources Research Institute of Science and Technology; Dr. Hon. Hong Wen Wendy, the Member of the Legislative Council of HKSAR, General Manager of the Research Department at New World Development Co., Ltd and Nonresident Fellow of the HKU Centre on Contemporary China and the World.


We covered topics such as international relations, the history and constitutional governance of Hong Kong, the future economic development of Hong Kong and mainland China and etc.
