Dr Jane LEE, PhD

Currently the President of Our Hong Kong Foundation.

 

She was formerly Director of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (Anglican) Welfare Council, 2011-2022 and Deputy Director of HKUSPACE, 2002-2011. In 2008, she initiated the annual Social Enterprise Summit and served as the Chair person for 10 years.  In 1995-2002, she was Founding Chief Executive of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute, and is currently a member of its Board of Directors.

 

Dr. Lee is active in public service. She is currently Chair of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force, and member of Commission on Poverty, and Antiquities Advisory Board. She is also Supervisor of SKH Lui Ming Choi Secondary School, Supervisor of The True Light Middle School of Hong Kong, Supervisor of Macao Anglican College, member of Council of St. John’s College of The University of Hong Kong, and Member of Board of Directors and Council of Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education.

 

Dr. Lee has authored / edited books and articles on a range of topics including social enterprise, public administration,  public sector reform, and education.

Established in 2012 by Prof. Luk Yan Lung Michael, the Institute for Greater China Studies (IGCS) has been quietly contributing to the field of scholarly research for approximately 12 years. The IGCS is dedicated to studying a wide range of political, social, economic, cultural, and public policy issues, with a special emphasis on the Greater China region, an important and continually evolving area of study in the contemporary world.
